Job Description
- Monitoring, troubleshooting and resolving Voice and data network problems observed through Network Management Stations or escalated from helpdesk.
- Utilize the trouble ticketing system to reflect the status of all the pending/resolved complaints.
- Escalate unsolved problems according to the escalation procedures.
- Responsible for routine checks and backups.
- Prepare regular reports regarding the PBX and the data network performance.
Job Requirements
- 1-2 Experience in Ericsson transmission(TN).
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering , or related field
- Deep understanding of 2G/3G/LTE Network
- Good experience for alarms handling.
- Very good English written and spoken.
