1. Job Purpose
To provide the maximum in-house functional support for Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 r3 and related technologies
2. Principal Accountabilities • Understand business processes with business users and suggest improvements
• Update business users on available capabilities and functionalities of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 r3
• Facilitate and actively participate in all phases of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 r3 implementation cycle.
• Able to work through Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 r3 implementation life cycle
• Work closely with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 r3 implementation team to achieve business requirements
• Participate in configuration of overall modules such as Human Resources, Project Accounting, Enterprise Portal and related modules or solutions
• Test functionality provided against the business requirements and apply quality control procedures
• Understand and implement required security to conform to the business approved access & authority matrix
• Maintain documentations and approval for configuration changes
• Prepare user manual and training manual for end users
• Conduct UAT preparation and signoff with end users
• Conduct training for end users, including customers and partners
• Provide up to date risk assessment and threat analysis to the implementation project with counter plans
• Ensure highest performance of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 r3 environment
• Provide support after Go Live for all areas in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 r3
• Apply customization of to meet the business requirements
