Job Description
You are responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operations at the trampoline park and up to our high standards of safety and service. Balance team management with and meeting and exceeding customer expectations to ensure a great experience and positive attitudes throughout daily operations. Communicate continuously with Management and the Board to maintain a fluent customer experience and help improve processes and services.
Responsibilities:
- Oversight of all park operations and team management
- Safety of customers & employees
- Coordinate with all Managers to ensure fluent customer experience at all times
- Timely communication to staff, Management and BOD of all important issues
- Customer engagement and service management
- Oversight of all booking operations in coordination with BD Manager
- Help in hiring, training, development, promotion, and counseling of staff
- Set regular staff schedules and ensure proper staffing at all times
- Maintain performance oversight of staff with regular performance appraisals
- Follow-up of inventories to ensure supplies availability at all times
- Ensure park safety, cleanliness and service quality at all times
- Ensure adherence to all park processes and policies from all staff and customers alike
Job Requirements
- Max age: 35
- 5+ years with Retail / Leisure / Sports management experience
- Must be able to work Friday and Saturdays.
- Excellent organization, communication, and people skills
- Languages: English + Arabic
- Extensive knowledge of handling staff matters and team management
- Ability to balance the needs of customers and staff simultaneously
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent presentation at all times
- Proficient budgeting and arithmetic skills
- Background in accounting and administration are a plus
- Excellent computer, internet and social media knowledge
- Excellent knowledge of all products, features, and services
