Job Description
You are responsible for running the day-to-day operations across the trampoline park while reporting to, and coordinating with the Park Operations Manager. Your key role is to manage people processes to ensure everyone knows what they need to do while helping motivate staff and keeping customers happy.
Responsibilities:
- Oversight of all park operations while reporting to Park Operations Manager (POM)
- Oversee the safety of customers & employees at all times
- Work will all departments to ensure coordination across all operations
- Maintain excellent customer engagement and service
- Constant review of all booking and event operations to ensure high level of service
- Timely communication of all important issues to POM and the team
- Coordinate staff schedules with POM to ensure proper staffing at all times
- Maintain performance oversight of staff with regular performance appraisals with POM
- Follow-up of inventories to ensure supplies availability at all times
- Ensure park cleanliness, safety conditions and service quality at all times
- Ensure adherence to all park processes and policies from all parties
Job Requirements
Skills & Background:
- Max age: 30
- 2–3 years retail, sports or entertainment management experience
- Fresh graduate or university student with experience are eligible
- Must be able to work Friday and Saturdays.
- Excellent communication skills
- Languages: English + Arabic
- Excellent presentation at all times
- People person able to manage team and staff issues
- Ability to balance the needs of customers and staff simultaneously
- Excellent administrative organization
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficient budgeting and arithmetic skills
- Background in accounting and administration are a plus
- Excellent computer, internet and social media knowledge
- Excellent knowledge of all products, features and services
