Tasks and Responsibilities

• Promote the company's products to existing customers and attract new customers.
• Know all the information related to the products and provide a full explanation to the customers (Production Datasheet).
• Obtain purchase orders from customers.
• Record customer requirements.
• Continuous communication with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the products and services provided.
• Collect the company's receivables and follow-up debts at customers without delay.
• Provide regular reports on market competition in terms of prices, offers, new products, advertising, or stop some customers from dealing with the company's products.
• Register and update customer data in the customer contact list.
