Job Description

If you live and breathe marketing, we need to talk. We’re looking for a flexible and versatile marketer who will be responsible for the growth of our inbound sales channels.

Marketing manager responsibilities include tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity. To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with web analytics tools and be able to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects.

Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Planning and implementing campaigns including development of clear objectives, promotional plan and concept, according to best practices and trends that help to achieve the company's promotional objectives for the services it provides.
  • Working with cross functional team to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door.
  • Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copy-writing, performance analysis
  • Preparing marketing statistics and assessing the results of marketing campaigns.
  • Helping in developing internet presence, improving search rankings improving visibility, maintain SEO schedule.
  • Research audiences and identify companies within different markets.
  • E-content developer: Managing the website and update it with all events and news.
  • Event Management: Execution projects related to events management services.
  • Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.
  • Follow the market in order to prepare the content of advertising campaigns related to the marketing to the product.
  • Preparing and managing marketing and social media campaigns in line with marketing plans and objectives.
  • Analyze social media trends and monitor company interactions with customers in order to improve products branding.
  • Ensure effective control of marketing activities and take corrective actions that ensure the achievement of marketing objectives in accordance with the strategic plan.
  • Collect and prepare of reports related to the performance of the company through the marketing channels.

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in the software industry.
  • BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Age 35 – 40 years old.
  • Managed team in digital marketing previously.
  • Certifications in marketing and digital marketing (Hub-spot, Google…. etc.…) is a plus.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
