Job Description

Job Purpose:

  • Operates the store elements in terms of achieving the Sales figures.
  • Monitors business performance for events recommendations.
  • Controls operational expenses and spending.

Job Duties:

  • Recruit, hire, train, evaluate and counsel store employees. Schedule, organize and direct assignments.
  • Effectively manage employee turnover. Provide a positive working environment and handle employee issues appropriately and in a timely manner.
  • Resolve customer problems or complaints by determining optimal solutions.
  • Ensure interior and exterior of the store is maintained to company standards.
  • Utilize labor management tools, including effective scheduling, to maximize productivity.
  • Encourage store employees to take ownership for their performance and career development plans; follow up on a regular basis.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure the employees also provide the same level of service.
  • Communicate, execute, and manage merchandising displays and movements.
  • Conduct regular store meetings and briefings to acknowledge policies and objectives compliance.
  • Ensure employees awareness of safety and emergency procedures.
  • Monitors store revenue, including cash handling, deposit reconciliation and delivery of deposits to bank.
  • Management of all store operational issues, to include store housekeeping, store administrative duties, physical inventories, price changes, display standards, etc.
  • Assign service orders to technicians, schedule technicians to perform and install works at the store and ensure proper completion of required workflow.
  • Order and receive spare parts for service orders, maintain log of all service orders and purchase order paperwork, review service orders for correctness in billing.
  • Monitor and maintain proper reporting system for the store performance curves in order to measure the required correction to hit the budgeted plan in sales expenses staff turn over and customers’ database.
  • Responsible for preparation of work schedules and plan.

Job Requirements

  • Business administration or Accounting studies.
  • Minimum 5 years of retail management experience.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Effectively train, coach and develop team members.
  • Good merchandising skills.
  • Conceiving and implementing creative merchandising themes.
  • Strong retail operations experience and office management.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, motivational, communication and organizational skills.
  • Customer service oriented.

  • Market and competition Knowledge.
  • Results Driven, Strategic Planning, Management Proficiency and Client Relationships.
