Role description:

The major duties will include, teaching, research guidance to bachelor students. It also include involvements with various clubs at the university as the ability and interests of the candidates. The candidate will also be expected to do administrative work at the department/ school level.

Main activities:

• Course and curriculum development; class preparation; scheduled and unscheduled instruction in class
• Grading and assessment of student work; Laboratory and practical teaching and training.
• Informal meetings in the form of help sessions, individuals instructions in office hours.
• Academics and career advising and mentoring of students.
• Organizing seminars and workshops on and off campus and mentoring students to publish their research.
• Writing\editing books, articles, and other research-based materials as independent research.
• Representing one's original or collaborative research.
• Devolving new practice model, presentations at scholarly conferences.
• Facilitation the effective operations of the institutions
• Effective and vigorous participation in administration and committees at PDPU
