Case Manager/Foundation Developer

Case Manager/Foundation Developer shall have the following qualifications and experience as a minimum:

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent
• 5 years’ experience in the Information Technology field
• 3 years’ experience, out of the above, in Java development
• 2 years’ experience, in IBM Case Manager solution building and development & IBM Content Navigator development.
• Having the certification: IBM Case Manager is required, other development certifications are preferable and subject to the Company’s discretion
• 2 Years’ Experience in Microsoft SQL query development & design database and not limited to creating database objects such as tables, views, stored procedures, Triggers etc., building optimized & high performance database structures
• Fluency in spoken English
• Fluency in spoken Arabic is preferable
• Good analytical & problem solving skills and report-writing skills
• Good communications skills
