Job Description
- Supervise the operation systems of HVAC & fire fighting.
- Design & supervise all the mechanical works (plumbing, pumps, and air conditioning system).
- Prepare & follow up the appropriate maintenance plans for all mechanical units.
- Supervise technicians to ensure efficient maintenance works.
- Contribute to the needed mechanical quantity surveys and cost estimation process.
Job Requirements
- Education: B.Sc. of Mechanical Engineering.
- Very Good Command of English.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office.
- Experience in Real-Estate is preferable.
- Excellent communication, problem solving and decision making skills.
