Job Description
- Assist the Collaboration Team Leader in the technology research.
- Update the Collaboration Team Leader on the progress of work assigned and prepare and submit weekly progress reports.
- Responsible for the successful completion of the assigned tasks on time according to projects plans, keeping the assigned projects revenue collection on time.
- Gather customers requirements during project-analysis-phase, prepare a requirements document, get the document reviewed and approved by the Collaboration Solutions Manager before submission to the customer.
- Undertake the activities of integration between the Contact Center Applications and customers’ business applications based on detailed customer’s requirements.
- Responsible for Service Level Agreements which might include 24 X 7 commitments including the formal vacations in Egypt.
- Follow the standard processes for handling the reported support requests using the corporate support tools such as the corporate Contact Center.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering with a specialization in Communications or Computers.
- 1 – 3 years of Experience.
- SIP, VXML and CCXML strong knowledge.
- IVR call flows design and development.
- Contact Centers knowledge.
- Avaya or Cisco knowledge is preferable.
- Strong programming concepts.
- Java and JavaScript programming.
