Job Description
- Design, develop and consistently enhance E-commerce traffic analytics, web analytics, customer analytics
- Analyze data and metrics to stay attuned to trends and promote maximum audience engagement
- Analyze external and internal data, the customer behavior pattern, the website conversion funnel and provide actional insights to support sales and customer growth
- provide insights into the omni-channel shopping behaviors of our customer, execute customer behaviour and campaign response reporting including Life Time Value and client segmentation
- Identify traffic and conversion trends by channel, product line, and campaigns, also any abandonment issues and opportunities for improving site conversion
- Provide ongoing optimization, revenue opportunities, lost-opportunity analysis to improve metrics and increase sales/revenue and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team to provide marketing campaign results, evaluate customer buying behaviour
- Analyze website performance, provide regular reporting and insights and find ways to improve conversion rate
- Provide weekly/monthly/quarterly reports and insights to management about visitor and prospect behavior to optimize lead conversion and improve retention
- Implement and continuously improve processes related to marketing automation
- Conduct data analysis and segmentation to identify campaign opportunities
- Responsible for email marketing program development and execution, including segmentation, testing and deployment and continually evaluate these for improvements
- Continuously optimize and communicate critical performance metrics (ROI, CTR, conversion data, traffic, bounce rate, etc.)
- Recommend new ideas and innovations to grow and improve site/store traffic and revenue, driven from research, competitive intelligence and analytics
Job Requirements
- 2+ years experience in digital analytics in an online retailer or agency.
- Experience in multi-channel analytics, including digital and web analytics (Google analytics ,Google Data studio)
- Experience with e-commerce marketing campaigns with e-commerce goals.
- Familiarity with tagging and tracking methodology.
- Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing metrics and Google Analytics
- Stay current on trends and best practices in digital analytics and e-commerce
- Experience in marketing automation tools (Salesforce ,hupspot ,drip ,woobra ,Big commerce ,dotmailer , etc)
- Experience in email marketing platforms
- Attention to detail, independent thinker, and ability to recognize patterns and anomalies in data.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking ability, a strong knowledge of Excel, pivot tables, charting and databases
