Job Description

  • Improve Productivity by highlighting deficiencies and recommending change in tools, training, process, reporting and employed engagement.
  • Facilitate customer resolution for escalated technical complaints.
  • Report operational achievement and progress to the higher management on a regularly basis.
  • Reviews work of Technical support team
  • Work with other managers to ensure operational consistency.
  • Analyze the technical reports received from service centers.
  • Monitor service centers technical reports and implementation of car care program.
  • Complies with and helps to enforce standard policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and Control the technical support division budget.
  • Assist in staff technical evaluation and hiring process.

Job Requirements

  • B sc. Mechanical Engineering or Higher
  • Min. 5 years Experience in Automotive
