Job Description

  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Arranges CEO travel, accommodation, itineraries, and all correspondence related to arrangements as needed.
  • Setup accommodation and entertainment arrangements for company visitors.
  • Manages CEO schedule.
  • Prepare and maintain CEO's expense report.
  • Create, transcribe, and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
  • Answer telephones and handle inappropriate manner.
  • Plans/organizes and implements events such as meetings, business lunch/dinner.
  • Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
  • Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
  • Sign for courier packages.
  • Prepares information and research for CEO needs.
  • Coordinate purchase of office supplies.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in Textiles / Garments is Preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree English section Preferred.
  • Maximum age 35 Years.
  • Grade: Good.
  • Females Only.
  • Experience : 7+ years.
  • Strong computer skills and MS Office proficiency.
  • Fluent English is a must
