Job Description
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Arranges CEO travel, accommodation, itineraries, and all correspondence related to arrangements as needed.
- Setup accommodation and entertainment arrangements for company visitors.
- Manages CEO schedule.
- Prepare and maintain CEO's expense report.
- Create, transcribe, and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
- Answer telephones and handle inappropriate manner.
- Plans/organizes and implements events such as meetings, business lunch/dinner.
- Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
- Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
- Sign for courier packages.
- Prepares information and research for CEO needs.
- Coordinate purchase of office supplies.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Experience in Textiles / Garments is Preferred.
- Bachelor's degree English section Preferred.
- Maximum age 35 Years.
- Grade: Good.
- Females Only.
- Experience : 7+ years.
- Strong computer skills and MS Office proficiency.
- Fluent English is a must
