Job Description
Seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from the first contact until you close the deal. You must be friendly, persuasive, patient, cool-tempered, able to understand the customer’s requirements in a short time and existing solutions that meet their needs.
Responsibilities:
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
- Report to the Sales Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and transactions and record useful information.
- Assist sales team in establishing new leads for business
- Build and maintain a database of past and prospective clients
- Support Marketing & Sales Director in establishing meetings and developing proposals for clients
- Conduct periodical follow up communications with clients
- Develop tailored plans and strategies for potential clients
- Carry out periodical market research to track industry trends such as pricing, competitors, etc.
- Maintain good working relationships with existing clients previously to enhance client retention and new sales through referrals and references.
- Identify and develop new and existing referral sources to develop successful referring relationships.
- Conduct market research to identify new markets, customer needs, and initiate leads
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients to open new business opportunities.
- Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing with terms and conditions
- Develops clear and reasonable written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers
Job Requirements
- Candidates MUST have experience in a sales role.
- 2:3 years of experience in the same field in software solutions( CRM- Mobile Application- Website development) OR 3 years experience in Sales (in general)
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
- BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field.
- Detail-oriented
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Must have excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Must have good negotiation skills
- English and Arabic fluency
- Lives nearby (New Cairo - Nasr city- Heliopolis - Mokkatam - Maadi .)
- Having a car is a plus
