Job Description
The Xamarin Developer will develop, build, and support system enhancements and applications using multiple technologies.
- The successful candidate will have experience designing, developing, and testing critical applications. Technologies include, but are not limited to, Xamarin, iOS, Android, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, mobile data synchronization, C#, http://ASP.NET MVC, http://ASP.NET Web API, XCode, Microsoft SQL Server 2008R2, Virtual Machines (VM) and Microsoft Environment.
- Node.js knowledge with responsibilities in managing the interchange of data between the server and the users. Experience in the development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. Will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by co-workers into the application.
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years or more of experience in mobile application development
- Working experience in developing iOS and Android apps using the Xamarin framework and Xamarin Studio
- Working knowledge of all aspects of Xamarin Application Development (C#, Web API, JSON)
- Excellent knowledge of .Net Framework
- Working knowledge of TFS
- Strong knowledge of the Apple App Store, Google Play Store and the entire mobile store life-cycle including store policies, publishing, deployments
- Experience in UI development using Xamarin
- Experience in Native & Cross-Platform App Development
- Fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, problem-solving, and business requirements analysis
- Team player who is self-motivated and well organized
