Job Description
- Responsible for maintaining registrations details
- Take the booking, dealing with inquiries & complaints.
- Communicating training information to trainees
- Support the teaching of the course by preparing documents, materials, presentations and rooms
- Order new materials and resources as appropriate
- Ensure the courses run smoothly
- Make sure the right trainees receive the right training at the right time & location
- Ensuring attendance data is recorded, monitored and analyzed
- Email trainees to give class details and other information
- Issuing certificates & upload results to system if required
- Provide general administration duties, including data entry, social media updating, catering and room bookings, filing and photocopying
- Ensure invoices are paid
- Liaise with relevant departments
- Managing schedules and keep records of trainees lists and results
Job Requirements
- Knowledge of office procedures and billing
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
- Outstanding communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
