Job Description
- Planning, developing and implementing strategies .
- Building relations with new clients and open new leads.
- Searching for new connections .
- Writing and editing in-house case studies, speeches, articles and annual reports
- Developing community relations through events such as open days and through involvement in community initiatives.
- Liaising with, and answering inquiries from media, individuals and other organizations, often via telephone and email.
- Providing clients with information about new promotional opportunities and current campaigns progress.
- Analyzing media coverage.
- Preparing and supervising the production of publicity brochures, handouts, direct mail leaflets, promotional videos, photographs, films and multimedia programs.
Job Requirements
- Experience in Real estate and engineering fields is preferred
- Ability to establishing lasting connections with clients and the general public.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience handling a press conference.
- Ability to pitch to media.
- Knowledge of consumer marketing.
- Ability to run campaigns that deliver measurable results and meet objectives.
- Understanding of social media and solid experience working with bloggers.
