Our customer is an educational and training website, looking for candidates for their customer service team:
The position will report to the Academic Director
- Monitor product performance and solicit customer feedback on product development opportunities.
- Monitor billing & financial reports.
- Manage all data requests for the team
- Solving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities.
Main Job Duties:
- Inbound and outbound communication with customers.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints.
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
- Provide service information to customers.
Job Requirements
- Fluent in English, spoken and written, preferable an IGCSE or SAT graduates
- 2 to 3 years’ experience as the main point of contact or telesales with customers through social channels and telephone.
- Very good social media and computer skills.
- Graduates only.
