About the Job :

  • Candidate need to understand that the main objective for the position is to generate leads from existing clients or new clients throughout different marketing channels Push/Pull strategy using the allotted marketing budget with the best optimization of its spending to ensure our sales team get enough qualified leads to achieve their target and organization revenue growth.
  • Marketing manager responsibilities include tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity.
  • Uses market research and analysis to direct marketing strategy and planning.
  • Oversees the production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns.
  • Reports marketing and sales results to senior executives. Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels. Job Duties
  • Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic.
  • Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives .
  • Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results
  • Plan, create, and oversee the design, content, and production of all marketing materials
  • Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer life cycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels .
  • Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
  • Measure ROI and KPIs and prepare budget
  • Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing
  • Present ideas and final deliverable to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
  • Prepare comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups .

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • 5 years of previous experience as a marketing manager in Software Company with successful track of B2B leads .
  • MBA in marketing MUST from AUC or GUC or BUE or any other international university with the same levels preferred .
  • Language School
  • Fluent English speaker and written
  • Digital Marketing professional for multinational firm including SEO , Analytics , Ad-words , LinkedIn Campaign , Social Media
  • Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Confident and dynamic personality.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Web-trends, etc)
  • Experience with online marketing, including social media, and content marketing.
  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
  • Solid understanding of effective marketing strategies, materials, and channels
  • Understanding marketing theory Market Mix, Positioning, Segmentation, Branding, Digital Marketing Courses, Conversion ratio.
  • Ability to travel 4 month per year
  • Ability to Manage exhibition and events from A-Z with all suppliers and vendors and budget planning
  • Ability to brand and re-brand and create corporate image intra company and outside for vendors
