Chief Financial Officer

The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for implementing the financial and accounting for the company and the implementation of all resolutions and instructions issued in the implementation of its provisions and then take all actions that would implement such a system and documenting and commitment of all concerned, and in general, is responsible for:

• Prepare the draft budget and participate in the discussion and adoption follow-up, control and performance, and budgeting reporting.
• Implementation of budgetary procedures the company's annual general assembly in accordance with the approved regulations and instructions.
• Scrutiny of financial documents and completes the procedures for the exchange of documents and ascertains the specific identity of the exchange within the approved terms of reference.
• Pursue the collection of debits and secretariats and current accounts of the company and work allocations for them.
• Supervision and scrutiny of bank accounts and auditing.
• Make sure registration books and records periodically for the purpose of the final accounting and financial reporting required.
• Provide periodic reports and financial statements, which calls on the financial situation of the company and the activity of them.
• Oversee the company's assets and work out the necessary insurance and overseeing the annual inventory and to take all means to preserve them.
• Approval numbers follow the company's annual tax and tax adjustments and discuss topics related to the official bodies.
