Calibration Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for quality of service and accuracy of results and data provided to customers.
• Responsible for safety devices in good condition.
• Implementation of annual calibration plan of laboratory device.
• Monitoring the measuring instruments.
• Issuing the calibration certificate.
• Registering environmental conditions in the laboratory.
• Participate in issuing of technical SOPs.
• Supervising calibration schedules and maintenance periods of laboratory devices and
• Responsible for internal calibration of devices related to the Lab activity.
• Responsible for exit permission of laboratory device.
• Developing the work plan in partnership with the technical lab manager.
• Following-up laboratory working plan.
• Prepare Quotations.
• Responsible for customer service.
• Preparing purchase request and purchasing order.
• Follow-up plan of cleaning.
• Registering external calibration work of qualification engineers.
• Follow up invoices.
• Participate in audits of another department.
• Calibration of temperature sensor and tester devices According to ISO 17025
• Issue and execute IQ, OQ, PQ
• Validation Process for stability chambers , autoclave, Oven and Incubators.
