- Delegate technician to customers in need of roadside assistance
- Coordinate with contracted towing companies to send towing truck to customers
- Follow up with customers after towing operations
- Book Elite mobile service requests
- Delegate technician for mobile service
- Follow up with Service Advisors for job orders and part loading for mobile service operations
- Conducts CSI for mobile service and towing operations
- Document all Elite mobile service operations
- Document all internal towing and mobile service operations
- Coordinate with different departments regarding towing for CPA cases
- Deposit cash and receipt cashier for a door to door services at service center cashier.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree from a reputable university.
- Excellent command of English.
- Previous experience in the Automotive industry in customer care department.
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills.
- Good command of Microsoft office suite
