Job Description

  • Achieving Sales Plans under the area of responsibility through Managing and developing the current Customers, Managing the distributor and finding new dealing customers.
  • Achieve Sales targets of the area
  • Follow up sales responsibilities such as Competitor reports, Sales KPIs, Product KPIs, Promotions, Distributors and Selling Channels KPIs.
  • Penetrate new Customers
  • Follow up stocks with sales support to ensure product availability
  • Ensure distribution of SKUs among Customers
  • Ensure the best coverage for Customers through product availability for each Customer.
  • Responsible for achieving planned sales target and the execution of planned Coverage and developing the area by increasing the number of dealing customers, Increasing number of SKUs at Current Customers, adding new channels, and proposing new products.
  • Responsible for training, developing and directing sales team and follow up the daily route of account sales executives to seize sales opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • Previous Sales Experience, preferably in FMCGs.
  • Computer Literate.
  • Car Licence.
  • Decision making
