About the Job

General Affairs assistant manager provides administrative support to company members. He is responsible to manage activities related to security, company cafeteria, cleaning, transportation, and messenger’s staff.

  • Direct and coordinate the supportive services department of the company.
  • Monitor the facility to ensure that it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained through the proper selection and allocation of personnel and the establishment of a system that control and manager company visitors.
  • Monitor the cafeteria staff and ensure the maximum hygienic environment and the proper and sufficient supply of food on a daily basis.
  • Manage and supervise the cleaning of the facility internally and externally through allocating resources and organize schedule for cleaning that ensure the continuous clean appearance of all sections.
  • Handle the traffic issues for the plant including bus routes, complains, agent communication, quotation and all related issues to transportation for workers.
  • Handle the payment of car lease for employees in the plant through the communication with agents and Finance teams.
  • Responsible for drivers and their routes.
  • Oversee construction and renovation projects to improve efficiency and to ensure that facilities meet environmental, health, and security standards, and comply with government regulations.
  • Handle and resolution of individual problems and disputes involving staff as they arise.
  • Participate in the selection of new workers (Blue collar) when needed.
  • Conduct an exit interview for works and prepare an exit interview report on a quarterly basis.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in administration
  • Min 5 to 10 years of experience.
  • Good English and computer skills.
