Job Description
- Set clear event management department priorities
- Lead the event coordinator team development to the next level
- End to end event management
- Data sources to update suppliers’ information
- Provide a creative solution for event management
- Managing any event related issues pre, during and after the vents
- Ensure compliance process across all event process
Main interfaces/collaboration:
- Medical & commercial team
- Compliance Team
- Finance
- External Suppliers
Main performance measures:
Event Coordinators performance related to
- Level of collaboration with internal stakeholders (rely on multi-rater feedback by line manager)
- Quality of delivered events (rely on the customer feedback post-event)
- Level of efficient implementation (Planned versus actual Cost of the event)
- Compliance process improvement (Pre, During and Post event referring to I connect reports related to the events)
Job Requirements
- University degree in Business administration or respective studies
Years of Industry Experience:
- 3-5 Years
