Job Description

  • Responsible for the CEO's office and Desk.
  • Typing Documents.
  • Preparing presentations and Reports.
  • Sourcing and ordering stationery and office equipment.
  • Drafting communications on the CEO behalf.
  • Conducting researches.
  • Taking action points and writing minutes.
  • Planning and organizing meetings and events.
  • attending meetings inside and outside the company.
  • Linking between the CEO and the office admins.
  • Follow up the CEO tasks and responsibilities for reminding him.
  • Reading, monitoring and responding to the CEO email.
  • Answering calls and liaising with clients competently.
  • Planning and booking CEO's trips and issuing tickets, accommodations and Visas.
  • Will join the CEO in the business trips inside and outside the country.

Job Requirements

  • Foreigner is highly preferable.
  • Females only.
  • Public Relation oriented.
  • Excellent Command of English language and Microsoft office.
  • Flexible and can work under pressure.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Business Administration background.
  • Very Presentable.
  • Unveiled preferred.
