Job Description
He will be responsible for the delivering of the following:
- ATM First line support management include ATM installation / Upgrades follow with related vendors
- ATM dispatching management
- ATM help desk management
- ATM Switch Monitoring management.
- Manage the relation with ATM stakeholders include (ATM Vendors, CIT and technical support teams)
- Full ATM UP time reports , SLA with Banks
- Clients support based on business rules
- ATM Cash Management monitoring and follow with CIT
Job Requirements
- Professional experience, specifically in the cards and payments domain.
- Professional knowledge in Visa, MasterCard, Union Pay, Dinners, American Express.
- Extensive background in Switches authorization, ATM acquiring cycle and key management
- Skilled ATM Monitor / Dispatching managements.
- Communication, vendors negotiation skills is plus
