Job Description
- Develop content, communications, blog posts, manuals, case studies and packaging geared towards helping prospects and customers understand how to use products
- Create print and digital marketing material content
- Write strategies, business proposals, portfolios, and showcases
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across all written marketing content, and incorporate revisions according to current routing procedures
- Define a consistent voice and tone for the brand across multiple channels.
Job Requirements
- Proven positioning, marketing, copy/technical writing skills
- Ability to translate technical or complex ideas into concise, business-oriented content/story-lines.
- Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders to develop messaging and gather technical details
- Experience working with and defining a branded voice and tone
- Experience working with Instruction manuals and/or quick start guides
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and proactively prioritize
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment is essential
- A proactive team member, good listener with diplomacy, flexibility, and grace under pressure
- Experience in websites content creation is a must.
- 4+ years’ experience as a business technical copywriter, writing copy (traditional, online, social)
- Fluent English and Arabic is a must (any extra language is a plus)
