Job Description
- Liaising with contractors and 3rd parties on all personal and equipment logistics to/from the offshore location.
- Track rental equipment inventory and cost.
- Assisting in scheduling of personnel and equipment to/from the offshore location.
- Managing of bulk materials as needed.
- Coordinating with the heliport regarding passenger schedule and preparing manifest list of passenger.
- Maintaining communication with the shore base during drills and emergencies
- Oversee and manage day to day activities of material movement from/to the offshore location
- Assisting the offshore representative in the preparation of load-out lists
- Coordinate with vendors /suppliers to deliver the materials to the logistic base on time and as per schedule
- Coordinating with client & marine department for smooth and safe material shipping.
- Schedule and publish vessel load out lists in accordance with the vessel requirements.
- Prepare and submit cargo manifests, ensuring correct documentation for all lifting equipment, MSDS and any IMO dangerous goods declarations
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience in Oil and Gas Field.
- Excellent computer proficiency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Strong time management skills.
- Fluency in English.
