Job Description
- Receives new shop signage orders (or maintenance of old ones) from sales and coordinates implementation with suppliers, sales and customer and product brochures (distributing to market and re-ordering).
- Communicates with all suppliers and arranges purchasing of all marketing materials.
- Communicates with graphic designer to finalize artwork needed for all materials.
- Contacts new suppliers to collect alternative price offers and ideas of new materials.
- Arranges deliveries of all marketing materials to sales and customers.
- Handles giveaways budgets for each sales team and their customers (detailed quantity and types distributed, according to quotas).
- Performs quality inspections to all marketing materials delivered by supplier
- Performs market research to ensure the marketing materials are according to market expectations and giveaways achieve optimal ROI and support our marketing objectives.
- Delivers quantitative reports of stock movement and new order needs, to the marketing manager
Job Requirements
- BSc in commerce or marketing.
- 0-1 years experience in marketing field.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent use of Word, Excel & Power Point.
- Maintains customer relations and focuses on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills.
