Job Duties:
- Greet persons entering an establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit and Handle their enquires.
- Answer & forward calls, providing information, taking messages & scheduling appointments.
- Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about classes, cancel classes or obtain details of complaints in a timely manner.
- Activation of the group & private classes.
- Collect, count, and disburse money accurately and do basic bookkeeping.
- Inventory and order studio supplies, and requirements.
- Process and prepare memos, correspondence, E-mails, or other documents.
- Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions, and other activities.
Job Requirements
Job Qualifications:
- Very good Written & spoken (English / Arabic Language) is a must; any other language is a plus.
- Very good with cash handling.
- Very good communication skills.
- PC Skills (Word /Excel).
- Focused and organized.
