Job Description
- We are building a reliable, scalable Angular, .Net & Python-based enterprise solutions.

- Organize and conduct daily scrum meetings.
- Coordinate solution implementation and delivery of the Scrum team, assisting team to organize resources and accepted work.
- Challenge the team to implement team operational enhancements, encouraging and instilling process improvements.
- Collect and report progress metrics on a regular basis.
- Shield the team from outside distractions and interference.
- Responsible for ensuring the delivery of software and helping coach the team on agile best practices.
- Provide individual coaching to improve our agile efforts and advocating the agile process across development and implementation teams.
Job Requirements
- In-depth understanding of Agile Manifesto and Scrum values.
- Coaching team and teaching the how to be self-organized team and cross functional
- Highly orientated on results.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills.
- Quick and autonomous learner
- Experience in this role from 2 to 3 years
Nice To Have
- CSM Certification
- Previous experience in agile environment is preferred
- Experience with TFS
