Job Description
- Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.
- Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with management.
- Drawings & Design
- Providing advice on the management of projects
- Organizing the various professional people working on a project
- Carrying out the risk assessment
- Making sure that all the aims of the project are met
- Making sure the quality standards are met
- Recruiting specialists and sub-contractors
- Monitoring sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained
- Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Job Requirements
- Engineering degree (Architect/Civil Engineering)
- Minimum of 8+ years’ experience on site.
- PM Certified or about to have the certification.
- Age: +30
- Gender: Male
- Good attention to detail.
- Methodical and thorough approach to work
