Job Description

Job Description:

  • Response Immediately with all low ratings by calling riders
  • Report Technical Issues to the Tech. Team
  • Report all Drivers concerns to Quality Team
  • Handling inquiries /Complaints on all communication channels
  • Apply all Operations Policies (Response Time, etc..)
  • Handling Tasks assigned by Operations Manager
  • Survey Drivers needs and report it to all necessary teams
  • Stay up-to-date with service features to achieve excellent Drivers service
  • Maintain accurate records of all drivers’ documents and database of prospect ones.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Ready to join ASAP
  • Very Good English Language
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome
  • Males & Females
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Location at 6th. Of October. *No Transportation
  • Rotational Shift 8 hours / No Overnight Shifts for Girls.
