Job Description
We are looking for a motivated candidate to take over all aspects of our IT Dep. He will wear lots of hats and gain plenty of valuable experience.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, system
- Monitoring and maintaining computer system and networks
- Providing technical support across the company,
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Resolving problems with networks and other computer systems
- Running reports to analyze common complaints and problems
- Maintenance and monitoring of computer networks and systems
- Review all features and configurations for the IT Network & system Administrate
- Troubleshoot problems in Network Devices, Surveillance Cameras fingerprint, photocopier.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Background (Engineering - Computer Science -Information System )
- Strong Computer skills and the ability to troubleshooting and diagnose problems.
- Good understanding of mobile devices and other tech products
- Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role
- Understand service management and working with the ticking systems
- Real experience in supporting end users on a corporate network; specifically support involving Servers, Windows servers, Switches, Routers, Network Shares, Network Storage, Etc. is preferred.
- Familiar with Linux server and good knowledge with windows server.
