Job Description
We are hiring Social media and chat support for one of the biggest automotive accounts in Raya.
- Replying to customer's inquiry through different social media channels.
- Chatting with the customers to resolve their complaints and inquiries.
- Following up with customers in case of escalations or complains.
Job Requirements
- University graduates.
- Fluent English Speaker.
- Business writing skills and fast typing speed (30 Word Per min).
- Maximum Age 35 years .
- Males only. (Must have identified military status)
- Flexibility to work on rotational shifts basis.
- Near Giza or October residents are preferable.
