Job Description

We are hiring Social media and chat support for one of the biggest automotive accounts in Raya.

  • Replying to customer's inquiry through different social media channels.
  • Chatting with the customers to resolve their complaints and inquiries.
  • Following up with customers in case of escalations or complains.

Job Requirements

  • University graduates.
  • Fluent English Speaker.
  • Business writing skills and fast typing speed (30 Word Per min).
  • Maximum Age 35 years .
  • Males only. (Must have identified military status)
  • Flexibility to work on rotational shifts basis.
  • Near Giza or October residents are preferable.
