Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Project Manager will manage the day to day production on specific projects to meet deadlines accurately.
- Responsibilities include reviewing shop drawings, project submittals, etc. for document compliance; documenting code review and compliance; communicating and coordinating with management, clients, consultants and contractors related to daily business operations.
- Project Manager will guide, support and manage team and designers duties to ensure accurate preparation of project construction documents and communication with and coordination of the preparation of documents with consultants, contractors and team members.
- Troubleshooting production issues may require visiting sites as necessary. Monitor and Visit projects to oversee progress and for installation will be required.
Main Job Duties:
- Oversee coordination of all budgeting, ordering, expediting and scheduling of projects.
- Responsible for all aspects of client invoicing including: preparing, submitting, collecting and processing remittances.
- Maintain project binders, project logs and records. Compose documentation and correspondence necessary for projects
- Handle procurement (under Principal Designer’s direct supervision) of furnishings and décor items as needed.
- Liaise with Principal, vendors and contractors.
- Maintain client communication to ensure that any billing related questions are effectively addressed
- Set up and maintain filing system for all client and business office files
- Handle project related miscellaneous tasks for office and firm’s principals
- All other duties as assigned by management
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- 5 -7 years' related experience in architecture, construction or project management;
- Must have a Bachelor degree in Interior Design or Architecture or Equivalent.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently;
- Advanced knowledge of furniture, fixture and equipment (FF&E), architectural/interior finishes, lighting, art signage, color and materials to carryout design intent.

- Proven ability to prioritize in order to meet deadlines and provide high quality service to clients.

- Good/Proficient in AutoCAD. (Preferred)
