Job Description
- Handling all the tasks which is related to sales manager & assist/coordinate for his requests.
- Manage sales manager's correspondences & interact with company-specific software (Under manager supervision).
- Reminding the manager of important tasks and deadlines.
- Managing databases and filing systems.
- Administer the day-to-day work of an office.
- Supervise housekeeping performance on a daily basis.
- Pay bills & source office supplies (Stationery & buffet).
- Greet and welcome guests & direct them to manager office.
- Keep updated records of office expenses.
- Handle travel booking for sales manager (Visas, flight ticketing and hotel reservations).
- Deliver and pick up documents to/from embassies & clients.
Job Requirements
- Max Age 30
- Honesty and reliability are essential.
- Good in Arabic & English (Paying attention to punctuation and capital letters).
- Good in Microsoft Word & Outlook.
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. Computer, Printer & Scanner).
- Professional attitude, appearance.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to be resourceful, proactive when issues arise and take the initiative.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Execute & follow instructions strictly.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Customer service attitude.
- No experience required.
- Must hate facebook.
- Willing to work in Nasr City now & in the near future in industrial cities (6th of October/10th of Ramadan/Obour/Badr).
- Accept three months probationary period.
