Job Description

Main Job Duties:

  • Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with department’s plans and communicate them to subordinates.
  • Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
  • Follow up on subordinates’ tasks through reports.
  • Troubleshooting all issues and implement strategic solutions in timely manner.
  • Set a plan for the quarterly required spare parts.
  • Delivering invoices and follow up on the collection process.
  • Responsible for devices maintenance as well as supervising the workflow inside the workshop.
  • Conduct contract meetings to identify issues and client requirements and obtain Technician team input on timelines and deliverables.
  • Maintain deadlines on deliverables and communicate on an ongoing basis with management and clients about contractual issues.
  • Review contractual performance to ensure compliance with terms and to identify conflicts or changes requiring resolution at contract renewal.
  • Provide guidance on contracts to staff and managers.
  • Work with other teams on contract financial requirements.
