Job Description
- Developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed on targets
- Prepare reports for the management on sales and market growth results.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports, cyclical sales meetings
- Track all business development activities, analyze quarterly progress and suggest new strategies based on findings
- General duties besides managing
- Direct email, and perform other lead generation activities.
- Sell software products & services via phone and customer site visit
- Conduct phone-based questionnaire dialog with prospects and leads
- Maintain database of prospects, leads, and opportunities
- Organize & perform Outdoor customer site visits (initial visit, demonstration, negotiation, etc ...)
- Closing deals and achieve the target as well
Job Requirements
- Experience : (3-5) years as a sales manager (ERP experience is preferable)
- Min Education: bachelor degree of Commerce or equivalent
- Very good knowledge in Software (ERP) market in Egypt
- Leadership
- Time management
