Putting production plans for multiple products in order to produce the required orders on time.
Ensuring that all packaging and raw materials are ready on site before the production.
Following up the production with the factory to ensure that the needed quantities are produced.
Following up on the warehouses inventory levels
Coordinating all raw and packaging materials closely with local and foreign suppliers.
Registration of new products and submission of current products' variations at the MOH.
Issue weekly production plan and share with production and maintenance team to ensure alignment
Control short-term materials compared to production needs.
Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production
Demand Schedule shift according to production need.
Prepare and submit status and performance reports regarding productivity, efficiency, quality etc.
Place orders upon manufacturing based upon agreed lead time and capacity availability.
Ensure optimization of resources including manpower, material etc.
Modify existing programs to enhance efficiency
Develop production monthly reports.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ operations/ Supply Chain management or related field.
2+ Years of experience in Production or planning preferably in FMCG industry.
Fluent in English written and spoken.
Excellent communication abilities
Advanced user of MS Office
Demonstrated ability to use ERP system within a production environment
