Job Description
- Review and validate all the customer service reports according to the ISO Standards.
- Assist in the system installation process.
- Conduct site inspection readiness as per the project’s request.
- Conduct preventive maintenance monthly/quarterly.
- Conduct maintenance for the technical cases received through Service desk on the customer site.
- Practice and be updated with the new technologies and prepare reference document for them
