Job Description
Main Duties:
- Build Business relationships with Medical Societies
- Attend regular meetings with Conference boards
- Communicate with conference president, scientific committee and speakers to arrange Conference program
- Will be responsible for all arrangements of guest speakers
- Attend “Conferences Kick off meetings” to support development of market plans
- Preparations of accreditation requirements
- Update speakers and VIP database
- Support Marketing department in all medical requests
- Revise data of conferences on websites
- Support design section and Revise conference brochures before printing
- Support marketing team in creating regular announcements and newsletters for the conferences
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Medicine or Pharmacy
- Fluent in English language
- Business Writing skills
- Microsoft Office
