Responsibilities:
- Participate in requirements analysis
- Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture
- Translate application storyboards/user stories and use cases into functional applications
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
- Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)
Job Requirements
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
- Proficient in C# and/or VB.NET, ASP.NET MVC with a good knowledge of their ecosystems
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming
- Excellent skills in Entity framework
- Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server
- Understanding of fundamental design principles for building a scalable application
- Excellent understanding of architectural styles for APIs (REST and SOAP).
- Can work and interact with TFS.
- Strong knowledge in (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, JQuery)
- Strong Understanding of Agile methodologies
- Working Knowledge with Angular is a plus
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- Experience with Telerik Controls is a plus
- Experience creating database schemas that represent and support business processes is a plus
