Job Description
- Manage the group information technology and computer systems
- Plan the group IT department annual plan (new projects, recruitment, training, depreciation and procurement)
- Manage vendors and suppliers, write & review contracts, contracting suppliers & vendors and grant payment approvals
- Define and measure IT department KPI’s, evaluate services and staff performance, analyze anomalies, taking corrective and preventive actions for resolving problems
- Place the IT department group strategy, mission and objectives
- Plane, execute & control of the group IT department business continuity and Disaster recovery plans
- Introduce new IT systems and solutions that resolve problems or introduces new added value services to the group
- Secure & maintain the group IT services
- Develop case studies for potential projects addressing feasibility, alternatives, TCO analysis, financial impact, HR, project life time and service lifetime
- Ensure new projects sizing and capacity planning are performed correctly, make sure all sizing decisions are based on functional & nonfunctional requirements, or business needs and clearly justified
- Ensure all technical designs and solutions complies with the organization policies regarding security and service availability
- Plane, execute and control IT department budget, cache flow and expenses
- Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures
- Audit systems and assess their outcomes
- Preserve assets, information security and control structures
- Attend events, seminars, meet with new possible vendors and suppliers, perform market research to identify and study new potentials in the organization and new technologies assessment.
Job Requirements
Must have SAP knowledge.
Must have worked on SAP implementation
Good English skills
Knowledge of firewalls, VMware is a must.
