Job Description
- Assist in preparing coating formulation.
- Ability to do New product formulation from scratch.
- Modify the existing products as per marketing or sales needs.
- Responsible for technical support for new product development or Soling problems in the market.
- Perform laboratory experiments (Knowledge with lab instruments)
- Develop new products.
- Interact with sales personnel to understand existing product issues/uses and product development needs.
- Interact with customers and assist with technical support questions and inquiries.
- Work within cross functional teams to enable new product development project success
- Assist with troubleshooting, application development and commercialization
- Maintain all raw material, additive and finished product lists.
- Keep laboratory work area neat and uncluttered.
- Organize and maintain chemical sample storage racks.
- Develop and train lab technicians on all lab procedures.
- Develop all documentation required for approvals of new/updated products.
- Manage current as well as new projects.
- Other duties are required by management
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in chemistry.
- Experience 9-12years.
- Previous Experience in Painting & Coating.
- Very good English language skills.
- Communicates with confidence.
- Outstanding research skills.
