Job Description
- Direct and supervise workers
- Study project specifications to determine appropriate construction methods, which ensure that specifications and quality are met.
- Prepare requisition supplies and materials to complete needed to a completed construction project.
- Follow up on a project submitted budget estimates and progress and cost tracking reports.
- Take actions to deal with the results of delays, bad weather, or emergencies at the construction site.
- Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, sub-contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems.
- Plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems.
- Evaluate construction methods and determine the cost-effectiveness of plans.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering is a MUST
- Proven working experience in project management.
- Must have worked on large scale projects in Egypt.
