Job Description
- Preparing cost plans, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentations.
- Verification and making valuations independently of all projects related payments and bills received from contractors/subcontractors and all other payments related to projects.
- Prepare/manage various tasks related to cost control and project expenses.
Job Requirements
The Candidate must:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Have a consultancy background, Arch grad is preferable, and experience at fit out projects is must.
- Be very good in AutoCAD.
- Be very good with Microsoft office programs (word, Excel…).
- Be fluent in both spoken and written English.
