Job Description
- Act as the sponsor of HR work across all HR functions like talent acquisition, total rewards, organizational structure, employee’s relations, engagement, learning and development.
- Drives the delivery of HR best practice solutions for all employees within the site, ensuring consistency and compliance with center of expertise whenever exists.
- Delivers HR services and support in employees relations, engagement, talent management, personnel, learning, and development
- Develop and initiate specific HR projects at the site level aimed at increasing people engagement, enhancing culture and working environment and improving business efficiency and effectiveness according to defined gaps.
- Provide HR governance and reporting on strategic direction
- Provide coaching to the business team at the site regarding the management of others and leadership skills
Job Requirements
- 7+ Years of Work Experience
- Fluent in English & Polish language
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
